Refund policy

How billing works, how to cancel, and what happens to your access when you do.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. When a charge can be refunded

Membership is billed in advance, and fees are non-refundable once charged. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the period already paid for.

2. After a subscription has been charged

Once a subscription has been charged, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we decide to issue one. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the period already paid for. A monthly plan stops at the next billing date, and an annual plan runs to the end of the period.

3. Who processes your payment

Your subscription is sold by Witan Way, LLC, which provides and supports the Service and answers for it. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf: your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us. Stripe handles the transaction; it does not sell the Service.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@witanway.com. You can also manage or cancel your subscription yourself, at any time, from your account. Refunds are issued by us and returned to the card you paid with.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
